About Us

Puget Sound Martial Arts is dedicated to teaching the true martial art of Tang Soo Do and all of its benefits. The school was established in 1995 and is a member of the World Tang Soo Do Union which has its headquarters in Seoul, Korea. Our school is dedicated to making each student the very best they can be.  Our program is intensive and involves physical training, the discipline of martial arts and learning self-defense abilities. In addition, students will learn the Korean culture, terminology and history associated with Tang Soo Do. 

There are 10 levels from white belt to black belt (midnight blue belt in Tang Soo Do).  It generally takes 3 years to obtain the rank of black belt.
