Adult Class
Classes are of mixed ranks from beginner to
advanced. Students will begin by learning basic movements and Tang Soo Do
history and protocol. As students progress they will often find that they
are developing more confidence as they become more proficient with the
movements. After becoming familiar with the basic techniques students will
learn other aspects of Tang Soo Do such as forms, self defense and free
sparring. Because the primary aspect of Tang Soo Do is mental discipline
we put great importance on showing respect for each other. This mutual
respect helps to provide the best learning environment for students. Our
classes involve a great deal of physical exercise as well so students must be
willing to push themselves for best results. A positive attitude is an
important attribute that is stressed in this class. With the right
attitude we can obtain our goals regardless of how difficult they may be.
We believe Tang Soo Do is beneficial to everybody so don't
hesitate to call and ask about visiting a class.
